More images are coming soon (again) !

We've updated all images (existing and new)

You can now access the 'Study' (=index number) and 'voxel size' (=list of 3 floats of XYZ order) information for each image in the metadata.

A Study includes all images with the same acquisition protocol: same microscopes (model and parameters), same sample species, etc.

Thanks to feedback from some participants, we have updated all the images with a few z-plane crops to reduce the empty/black parts of the images. This changes the 3D sizes, which are no longer standard (and reduces the final file size, lightening the final size of the database).

To make downloading the database easier, we made batches of around 20 images in zip files no larger than 30GB.

Database information available to date :

Study 1: - (Biological) Sample: Phallusia mammillata - voxel_size = [0.19500001, 0.19500001, 1.0] - nucleus and/or membrane (according to images) - image numbers 0 to 113 ; 146 to 168 ;

Study 2: - (Biological) Sample: Drosophila melanogaster - voxel_size = [0.19500001, 0.19500001, 1.0] - nucleus - image numbers 114 to 145 ;

Study 3: - (Biological) Sample: Organoids - voxel_size = [0.19500001, 0.19500001, 1.0] - nucleus and membrane (membranes have some artifact) - image numbers 169 to 212 ;

Study 4: - (Biological) Sample: Danio rerio (Zebrafish) - voxel_size = [0.33265040205790847, 0.33265040205790847, 3.0] - nucleus - image numbers 213 to 388 ;

Study 5: - (Biological) Sample: Danio rerio (Zebrafish) - voxel_size = [0.3883226180517932, 0.3883226180517932, 1.0144474582759466] - nucleus - image numbers 389 to 400 ;

Warning: The direction of the (angle/input) image density gradient can be various:
